On-Site Building Management
Preston Sherry Plaza is managed by Jones Lang LaSalle.  The Building Management Office is located on the 3rd floor in suite 390.  Management office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.  Our answering service is available to take your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Management will be promptly notified in the event of an emergency.
 
Security
Security is on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the absence of management, security can be contacted by phone at 214-755-4972.  Access cards are required for after-hours building access. 
 
New Tenant Lounge
Luxurious new tenant lounge, located on the 3rd floor, is beautifully decorated with various seating areas with Wi-Fi service.  Attached kitchen is equipped with two full size refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and coffee station, as well as a solid surface counter top that will seat up to 5 individuals to provide a comfortable space to take a break and relax.  The tenant lounge is the perfect place for casual settings, presentations and tenant events.  Make reservations ahead of time to schedule private meetings and events. 
 
Outdoor Patio
Enjoy a cup of coffee and some fresh air on the cozy outdoor patio, located on the 3rd floor outside of the tenant lounge.  Wi-Fi service available.
 
Conference Center
Preston Sherry Plaza offers a tenant conference center located inside the tenant lounge.  Conference Center can seat up to 10 attendees, equipped with audio/visual equipment, available for use for tenants by reservation.  
 
Wi-Fi Service
Wi-Fi service is available in the tenant lounge, conference center and outdoor patio.  Wi-Fi password is required to login and may be obtained from Building Management.
